Identifying needs
If necessary, we can come to your office to determine exactly what you need. Together we identify the key elements of the profile you are looking for, whether it is to integrate your payroll or for a specific mission.
Headhunting
First, we carefully select the candidates that best match your needs. Then we clearly explain them their mission and how they will benefit from joining your company.
• Screening and interview:
Our consultants discuss the profiles of the identified candidates (based on direct research and your recommendations and expectations) in detail. Then each selected candidate is interviewed by a dedicated consultant.
• Collect professional references:
The assessment of our consultant is augmented by testimonies of professionals who have worked with the candidate.
• Introducing the candidates:
We then introduce each candidate to our client, using an individual file with the candidate's résumé and our consultant’s observations during the interview and after the reference checks.
• Managing the recruitment process:
In each step of the process, we work to secure interviews, gather feedback from the various parties involved and contribute to the success of budget negotiations (salary or daily rate).
• Monitoring integration:
As soon as the candidate starts his mission in your company, we closely follow up on his integration to make sure he finds his place and meets all your expectations. |
